We hope you love your products as much as we loved creating them. But we get it – sometimes things don't work out. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how we aim to keep things fair, friendly, and fuss-free.
For Health & Safety: We Cannot Accept Returns on Opened Supplements
Due to the nature of our products - especially our ingestible supplements - we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all our customers.
Returns on Unopened Products
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
· The item must be in its original packaging
· You must email us at hello@supplementfulllife.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return
· You are responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Items That Can't Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:
· Opened or used supplement bottles
· Digital downloads or e-products (e.g., guides, journals, trackers)
· Gift cards
· Sale or clearance items
Wrong Item or Damaged in Transit?
Oh no - we're so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@supplementfulllife.com with:
· Your order number
· A photo of the item (and packaging, if relevant)
· A brief description of the issue
We'll sort it quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
