Shipping Policy Effective: May 2025

At Supplementfull Life, we're all about making wellness easy, including getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible.

Here's how it all works:

  • UK Shipping- Standard Shipping - £3.95
  • Orders arrive within 2-4 working days
  • Free Shipping - Spend £40 or more  will automatically be applied at checkout
  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.
  • We're working on international options - stay tuned!

  • Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day!
  • Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, or UK public holidays will be shipped the next working day
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our hands

    We use recyclable, discreet packaging that protects your supplements and respects your privacy. 

    Missed Deliveries or Incomplete Addresses

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund shipping charges for failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses. 

    My Order Hasn't Arrived

    If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please contact us at hello@supplementfulllife.com, and we'll look into it right away. 

    Customs & Duties (for future reference)

    We currently do not ship outside the UK, but when we do, international customers will be responsible for any customs or import duties.
