Shipping Policy
At Supplementfull Life, we're all about making wellness easy, including getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible.
Here's how it all works
- UK Standard Shipping: £3.75 (Royal Mail)
- Free shipping on orders of £40 or more, applied automatically at checkout
- Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days
- We currently ship to UK addresses only. We're working on international options, so stay tuned!
Processing times
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way
Packaging
We use recyclable, discreet packaging that protects your supplements and respects your privacy.
Missed deliveries or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund shipping charges for failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses.
My order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please email us at hello@supplementfulllife.com and we'll look into it right away.
Customs and duties
We don't currently ship outside the UK. When we do, international customers will be responsible for any customs or import duties.
