How to start a return
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@supplementfulllife.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions for sending the item back.

Condition of returned items
You can return a product whether it's been opened or not — this is a satisfaction guarantee, not just a change-of-mind policy for unopened goods.

Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement, including your return postage costs.
